ArtFarm

ArtFarm is Somerville’s proposal for our next great public park. It will share the 2.1 acre site at 10 Poplar St. with the Poplar Street Pump Station--new stormwater management infrastructure. The park will be an arts and gathering destination for residents and visitors.

While the pump station is under construction, City staff are working to update the park design. Its design should meet the needs of current and future Somerville residents. Park construction will begin when the pump station is complete, capping a monumental project with a vibrant open space for the arts, agriculture, and recreation.
