Become a Citizen Scientist!

How can we identify if new pollinator plantings make a difference for pollinators? With scientific research! We need volunteers to make observations and collect data that can reveal how populations change over time in response to factors in their environment.

You don't need to be an expert! You just have to be curious and willing. If that sounds like you, check out Earthwise Aware. Since 2018, their volunteers and scientists have collected hundreds of thousands of observations. This data was key for the development of the Pollinator Action Plan.
