The Armory Request for Proposals is Closed
The City of Somerville has closed the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for leasing space in the City-owned Somerville Armory, located at 191 Highland Ave, Somerville, for the development of a multi-tenant arts and cultural center.

The City is looking for community members to help guide the future of the Somerville Armory. Board members will advise the Mayor on tenant selection, policy and finances.
There are five (5) available seats with the following criteria:
Three (3) representatives of Somerville’s arts community
Two (2) residents of Somerville,
One (1) must be from either Ward 3 or Ward 5
